It Started With a Problem
19th July 2020.
CallOne didn’t begin with a grand office, a large team, or a five-year plan.
It began with a problem we kept seeing.
Small and medium-sized businesses were spending too much of their energy trying to build the machine behind the business—hiring people, training them, supervising them, managing performance—while the thing that actually kept the business alive was being pushed to the side:
Selling.
The owners we saw didn’t need another consultant telling them what they should do. They needed people who could actually do the work.
So we decided to become those people.
CallOne started with Parakh and 10 representatives, brought forward from a previous company. We thought of it as a pilot. Ten people. A small team. A simple objective:
Give businesses the people they need so they can focus on growing.
We didn’t know then how far that decision would take us.
Then Came Trust
Our first real breakthrough wasn’t a huge contract.
It was trust.
Relationships with Allstate agents from our earlier experience gave us an opportunity to prove ourselves. But getting the opportunity was one thing. Keeping it was another.
We focused on the details.
We learned how each agent worked. We understood what mattered to them. We stayed close to the business. And we treated their problems as if they were our own.
Then something happened that changed the trajectory of CallOne.
They started telling other agents about us.
One client introduced us to another. Then another.
We weren’t building a business through advertising. We were building it through reputation.
That taught us something we never forgot:
When you take someone’s business personally, they notice.
And when they trust you with their business, they become more than a client.
They become part of your story.
The Decision to Go Further
As those relationships grew, so did the question:
How far could we take this?
We could have stayed comfortable. Continued doing what was working. Continued growing one client at a time.
But comfortable was never the point.
We wanted to build something that could stand on both sides of the ocean. Something with a real presence in the U.S. Something that could bring our people, our discipline, and our way of working closer to the businesses we served.
So we made the decision to open an office in Texas.
It was exciting.
It was terrifying.
And it was probably one of the biggest moments in our journey.
Because when you’re building something from the ground up, expansion isn’t just a number on a spreadsheet. It’s a commitment. It’s putting everything you’ve built on the line and saying:
We believe we can take this further.
The reason we had the courage to do it was simple.
Our clients believed in us first.
The American Dream
Opening our Texas office meant more to us than establishing another location.
It represented something bigger.
The American dream we were pursuing wasn’t about arriving somewhere and saying we’d made it.
It was about building something worthy of the people who trusted us.
Every client who stayed with us.
Every referral.
Every representative who showed up and gave their best.
Every difficult decision that could have stopped us.
They all became part of that journey.
And that’s why the next chapter isn’t about simply becoming bigger.
It’s about becoming better.
The Next 1,000 Days
Over the next three years, we have a clear vision.
A growing U.S. presence.
10 pod leaders.
10 team leaders.
A reporting structure supporting approximately 300 representatives.
But the numbers aren’t the destination.
The real goal is what those numbers represent.
A company known for exceptional work.
For extreme professionalism.
And for something we refuse to lose as we grow:
the personal touch.
Because scale can make a company feel distant.
We don’t want that.
We want every client to know that when they give us their business, they have our attention.
Their leads matter to us.
Their customers matter to us.
Their sales matter to us.
Their success matters to us.
That’s how CallOne started—with a small team trying to solve a real problem for businesses that needed help.
And that’s still what drives us today.
Only now, the problem is bigger.
The vision is bigger.
And so is the responsibility.
We started with 10 people.
We’re building toward 300.
But the principle hasn’t changed:
Make their business our business.
Earn their trust.
Do the work.
And never stop getting better.
